Here are a few effective ways to control it.
1.       Select a hobby:
Studies are important but our brain also needs to relax. We can select a hobby that we enjoy like collecting stamps, playing football and reading novels. This will help us to relax.
2.       Meditate:
Meditating every day for some time is the best way to deal with stress. 
We can sit in a quiet place, shut our eyes and relax.
3.       Physical exercise:
Any form of physical exercise will keep us fit and also help in stress reduction. It is good to spend at least half an hour in the open every day. 
4.       Deep breathing:
Taking a deep breath also helps us to calm down in situations of stress.
Deep breathing is a great technique to induce relaxation.

Massage is also a great way for relaxation. You can take a massage of natural stress relief oil. This is more effective. Try this way...it is very helpful for stress.
