Jupiter the largest of the planets in our solar system spins the fastest. It spins so fast that a day and a night on Jupiter last for only nine hours and fifty minutes. Jupiter is twice the size of all the planets put together and about 1300 earths could fit into its space. It is very hot and has 16 moons.
Jupiter is not as solid as the Earth, therefore its different part at the surface rotate in different times. The great red spot takes five minutes longer to rotate as compared to the other objects near Jupiter’s equator. A year on Jupiter is 12 times longer than the Earth’s because it is farther from the sun.
